Hi all,
Like any major city in the world, London has a list of 5-10 major attractions that every tourists must see during their stay. These are attractions such as Buckingham Palace, Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Big Ben, Westminster Palace, The London Eye, The Changing of the Guard and The River Thames. Luckily these attractions are within a short walk or underground commute from one another, making it easy to view them all in a day if need be. In my opinion, if you make it to London it is best to see these sites over the course of no more than two days. You should use the remainder of your time to explore other areas such as Camden Town, Shoreditch & Covent Garden to name a few (which I will blog about it the future). While the main attractions are beautiful and shouldn’t go unseen, exploring other areas will give you an appreciation of just how dynamic the city of London is. It’s truly a remarkable city that has something for everyone – if you haven’t found your ideal scene, keep looking! It will be hidden in the city somewhere.
Heres a short video of my friend and I exploring those major attractions during a typical rainy autumns day in London.
Cheers,
Luke Hymann
